Hi, I have been experiencing a problem for the past 2 days.
When I start the computer, it boots normally, but after about 1 minute the screen freezes completely. After a few seconds it goes black and the system restarts. Sometimes I have to force shutdown using the case power button.
Previously I was using DisplayPort at 144 Hz. Now DisplayPort shows no signal at all. HDMI works, but only partially.
Important observation:
If I connect the same HDMI cable to my TV, the system works perfectly stable.
If I connect HDMI to my monitor, after about 1 minute the screen freezes and the PC restarts (Kernel-Power 41 in Event Viewer).
I tried:
Changing the power strip,
Using the same HDMI cable (works on TV, not on monitor),
Different power outlet
My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5500
GPU: Radeon RX 6600
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-A II
PSU: Elementum E2 550W
RAM: 2x8GB Kingston Fury
Monitor: MSI G244F E2
Driver: AMD Adrenalin 24.5.1 (installed ~2 weeks ago, system was stable until 2 days ago)
Windows 11
The issue started suddenly during normal use.
Does this look like a driver issue, monitor compatibility problem, or possible GPU port failure?
