not necessarily referring to her sibling.
it's either that, or they did the flavor text first before designing Nachia and her story, as the Hysteria flavor text is already in during the Demo iirc.

Hysteria fell from Belphomet and is known to have some connection to Nachia.
Nachia then witnessed the horrific state of Belphomet after his transformation.
You could explain this by saying there are other siblings, but I don't see any other clues pointing to anyone else.
Furthermore, Nachia mentions seeing someone she's longed for after completing the Pure White Dream.
Given that the Moonlight Pact requires completing the Pure White Dream twice, it's reasonable to assume it's someone (Belphomet).
The Moonlight Pact also mentions that even seeing someone (Belphomet) doesn't necessarily mean it's the original person.
Regardless of their actual settings, I just want a consistent translation of the settings.

cuz Hysteria is available in the Demo, so it's safe to assume that the flavor text is made then or before, and it was 'he' back then.
