Shell Adjustments

This is an adjustment for shell that is aims to balance the disparity between an AP Annihilation build or an AD dodge build. It also buffs crit to make it a lot more satisfying than its current state.

Shell Base Stats
AP: 27 > 30
AP per level: 0>2

One Step, One Kill Changes

Annihilation Stance

AD increase per level: 5% > 3.5% Sword Energy Base AP: 400% > 250%
Sword Energy AP per level: 100% > 75%

Annihilation Sword Energy Rework
Sword Energy attacks now alternate between AD and AP scaling. Red Waves for AD, Blue Waves for AP.
AP Sword Energy attacks trigger attack effects on each enemy hit.
AD Sword energy attacks deal 20% more damage per 100% Critical Strike Chance.

I fear as if my annihilation rework lowkey just makes AD WAYY better than AP though

There is a mod on workshop that changes stance to purely AD and it is broken as hell

and I take it everytime, look at Vesper right now

my reasoning on why this wouldnt be too broken is that

  1. It ALTERNATES scaling per wave
  2. Lower AD AMP and AD AMP per level, Lower BASE AP/AD scaling, Lower AD/AP per level
