as the title says im stuck at loading screen of a new run; shows korean even with english selected and has bugged constellation which is unclickable; all this after a crash

making new profile fixes it but also resets the character mastery so it doesnt help either. pls fix it!

follow these steps and u can fix ur problem. u might lose some progress

@vast nexus thanks for the help, i made a new profile to fix it; lost all the progress but it wasnt much. I will try this next time if the issue pops up again but i hope it is fixed soon, thanks again! @terse birch you can make a new profile and delete the old bugged one if its early on your progression or else try the fix above mentioned.

@terse birch is my friend and we been trying to figure this out for 2 days now. We demo players so we got a lot of progress in the game so that’s a last resort for us. But we were able to get it done with wat I sent u.
Question: did ur problem start when u had a save from another player while also having a save on ur own profile?

my backup couldnt take the load of my gpu power, reduced the overall graphics to overcome that problem

so this is wat we found out. cause he has a problem with crashes as well. watever reason for the crash causes a issue in which ur "r_continuec291ead7-9689-4d89-ab5f-ce2ae4d1f750.json" file gets dulplicated wen there should be only 1. so deleting the most current then back tracking until fix is wat we are doing now. which is working so far.
make sure u make back ups before messing with any kind of files
