You should be able to get xp from defeating bosses or mining. Maybe even buy levels with company coins and research points. Doesn't make sense you need to be online every day just to get a little xp. Genuinely bought the premium pass becaus someone told me it was gonna be there forever then i found out i have 30 days left to get from level 44 to 100 and i can't be online everyday doing it.

Why would there be seasonal quests if they reset
Think about like fortnite or any other game with a battlepass. If there is a seasonal quest it usually means it is only for that season like the next season there will be a new pass when you have to restart it.
