Goop QoL

Goop builds are great, but I think they can be better and revive the game. First off, add some more ways to advance goop PvP builds:
We would LOVE something that tracks players down and always faces to them and moves toward them. This can be used as a way to make homing missiles for Air to Air combat, and also add more ways of thrust/lift, because most goop creations are planes/helicopters. And if possible, make a higher limit.
