Ok bruh why is this moderation so one sided

The last message got deleted so in short a lil kid was spamming slurs as i was ragebaiting him for calling me a pdf file for no reason as i wanted an apogology and i barely said any bad words while i was bothering him but yet i got banned and he didnt get any consiquences after spamming pure british slurs and f words

And also i litteraly got banned for reason:other like wdym other bruh and also ik i was also in the wrong i am just saying he should have gotten muted after like the third f word
