You can't do much as an owner of a code, only kicking and banning, so here's a list of things you could add to the list of things to do that would improve servers
A whole new tab in the settings menu, full of the options
Team mode - the owner chooses who goes on what team, there can be 4 teams, and the owner can choose the team colors.
1 life mode - once you die, you get kicked from the server
Lives mode - the owner selects the amount of lives you have before you are kicked
No purchasing - self explanatory
No load out - self explanatory
No goop saver - yeah
No stash - once again, self explanatory
No ghost - when the players die, they just respawn in the lobby instead of having a ghost
The owner is excluded from all these, and he can choose to make members excluded from them too.
All these will be on the right side of the tab, and when you try to activate one of these, a window will pop up asking if you are sure you want to activate it. This also goes with kicking/banning players, to prevent accidental kicks.
Map teleport - only shows the creative studios stages. It has a cooldown of 3 minutes (to prevent spamming)
On the left, there will be the members options.
Members cannot purchase anything from the shop
Members cannot use the load out
Members cannot use the goop saver
Members cannot use the stash
Members have one life
Members have no ghost

no loadout and purchasing are the same thing you can still buy the loadout only just piece by piece
