i personally dont for multiple reasons
1: outdated
its much older and felt pretty lower quality and in general just bare and had lower quality assets

2: hard to bring back
we have switched maps several times, once we switch again people will beg for the map we have now, switch again, beg more, switch, beg more

3: unnecessary
the last few things in 2 go with this, but why would we need to bring an old map back just because people want it for the "memories" we already have 2 og maps back, in the mountains and end of haunted house.

The first map was V1. The next one popularly called “OG” bc that’s when most the playerbase joined is V2. V3 was after the simulation collapse event, and V4 is the current map. It will still be V4 after the winter passes and the snow clears until another significant change in size or form occurs.

Hot take: Revamping / modern-izing the old map would have been a MUCH better choice. Patching up the holes and remaking parts of V3 would've not pissed the community off as much, but still have given them a fresh-feeling game. I get why alot of people dislike the new map, but, then again, most are just blinded by nostalgia

Personally, I’m satisfied with how the current map has evolved. Its expansion feels great, and the visual style is spot on. That said, I wouldn’t be against improving the lobby to make it more “social,” with perhaps multiple levels in the tree and living spaces like small houses.

I used to play a lot when the old map was the current one, it was fun, but it had its problems, it had holes in it from time to time, it was so big you pretty got shot and killed the moment you left safe zone, it still happens now, but not as often as before
