There was actually a big anti DD forum that was speaking against modding and stuff like that that got over 300 likes.

Tera didnt talk in it once and from what I saw no custodians did as well only a few DD members who tried either defending themselves or agreeing with the forum.

Some off the DD members actually made good points so I let it be for a while but after some time some people started saying VERY bad words on DD made videos which led to reactions being disabled in the #👕│drip-department channel.

Afterwards, they suddenly shut down the forum for “community rule violations” and banned 3 of my friends who got caught in the cross fire.

A different friend off mine tried to make an appeal on their ban which Tera said they would review after the Halloween update.

That was 3 months ago…

I’d be happy if you could get any info on this since this still hasn’t been resolved to my knowledge and there are probably a lot of gaps in my impression but my point is that the community has been standing up to this for a good while now.

I have a theory that they purposefully add tons of reskins and bundles just to make a quick buck

Because completionists who want to have every item will pay for all of them, but they wont have enough research points, therefore people will pay for them with their own money instead of using their mining money

That might also be why they added the item completion bar at the top of the shop. To show those people what they have to unlock

And if every item is at least 3 research points, with the excuse of like 7 of them being 1, then that means you will have to spend at least 300 RESEARCH POINTS.

also as a side note if you dont use the microwave for a while the reactor rods just explode and you have to re insert them which again PISSES everyone OFF

If I’m being honest I think the age verification made the problem worse, since you cannot see other age groups chat, it is impossible to know if a person is being manipulated, and now that a bad person can fake their age, once you are put in a server with people the same age as you, the predator then has a server with a bunch of kids who don’t know any better

As to why most of the other forums are deleted.

The main forum being “Drip department is an embarrassment” was closed due to “toxicity” against certain members of DD and it derailed after some months with people leaving hate comments on videos and using reactions in #👕│drip-department to spell very bad words.

It did really escalate but the general message was simply overlooked because after all the person who made the forum didn’t condone any of the things the other people did.

As for most others, if they were directed towards a specific DD member it was taken down for “targeting specific people of our community” and the rest didn’t gain enough traction to actually make an impact.

It would be amazing if you could get the devs/community moderators attention on this or at least get us a proper explanation to both how all of this is allowed and why no direct answer has been made towards anything because some people couldn’t keep themselves from being really immature.

Also it crazy to me how some members that are actively speak against this type of content are some of the biggest members in DD themselves.
