So here’s how to make it right: make a normal one that doesn’t revolve around a pumpkin. Maybe make it a grenade with wooden legs that functions the same way because if something functions differently than any free item, that’s crossing the line and if tolerated leads to more greed.

the devs should probably think about what they're doing if they need to put a exclusive item like the pumpkin bomb in a bundle in order for people to buy it
putting a reskin of a useful item is cool and fair, but locking a entire new item/mechanic behind a paywall isn't right.
