Remove lava mines

Remove the branch of cave with lava ore because the lava ore is stupid valuable and should not only be guarded by an angler fish. With lava mines, you can get a full 12k shredder super easily, and this is absolutely comical considering there is another place where lava ore is way harder to find and much harder to mine. This one single branch of cave ruins the bare bones aspect of Broke AF and it completely rids any reason to have other high value ores.
