Usually there's a goop building lobby, over time for some reason there is always this glitch where you can't pick up items and sometimes in public lobbies and will only fix if everybody leaves or the server is reset somehow I don't know if a person is abusing a glitch or something or it's because of overload of goop builds or something wrong with the code but this is very annoying.

It isnt entirely a glitch, when lazer tripwires are attached by spike or goop, they are triggered into the "static" state meaning they become active. you should be saying: remove the FEATURE, not bug. gooped items inherit the host item's properties (the one that you actually hold) meaning damage.

Stay in safe zone
Play in non pvp
Keep your items in the stash
And if you are gonna play in PvP, and not be in safe zone, just be aware that your items can and will be taken upon your death
