If he's talking about the pfp then in regards to discord tos. It's kind of iffy after looking at the pfp, the character is clearly of adulthood. The character isn't posted sexually, it's not transparent or lacey, and it's more wholesome than sexual overall. I'd assume in most cases it'd fly, after being on discord since 2015.
Animal Company's rules? Not sure. They don't even have a public rule list for the discord so likely just following general rule and discord tos

Since this server is primarily filled with children I'd imagine Animal Company wouldn't be too happy about it.
But he's changed it so unlikely any moderation is done, the bigger issue is whether he actually was telling people to look at his pfp that are clearly underage.
