Make the kick option a vote kick

I keep getting kicked from codes because some kid either spam kicks or accuses me of cheating to get me kicked from the lobby. The word "kick" is also misleading because it bans you from the lobby making you unable to join unless you restart your game

most players are timmies, vote kicking means:
any time you upset a timmy gets you banned
people hosting codes can no longer easily kick because they have to have others agree with them first

a timmy can accuse you of cheating in a public server and now youre banned

or people can raid codes with their friends to prevent votekicking

they own that code, they can kick whoever the hell you want
