If the player has full hp (100) when the arrow hits it does 25 damage and the poison effect (lasts 10 seconds) does 25 so it brings the player to half health

It costs 3 rp and 499 nuts

as it is right now it seems like it would be a good bridge from the regular arrow to the bomb arrow
but i dont think the devs can add an item in between two pre existing items
