Crossbow grappler.

Item a modified crossbow grappler with a crank handle on the side, other item a rope with a arrow at the end and the thing you can do with it is stick it on soft walls and can either claim with 2 or just stay safe onto a the side of the wall. When you put it on the crossbow you can graplle on to hard walls. Wight limit there is a limit to how much the rope can you support you wight different ropes (strong rope) and (chained rope) other thing you can do with it, attach your self on monsters and pull players trawds you and pull item to you. And you can get a team of players to hold down a monsters.

grappler but it takes longer to charge up, has to be refilled (or grab the hook), and can chain players and mobs

so a group of people with these can shoot a mob to chain it down and stop it from moving

I was also thinking of when you chained down the giant he will grab the hook and though you around

Depends where he launches you if he just throughs you on the ground it will kill if he thoughs you to a wall it will kill you but if he throughs you in the air you are fine

And also if you are far from a wall and he thoughs you towards it it will do less damage
