Update to this:

There is a 5% chance that overcharge can mutate into something called ultracharge. Ultracharge does 2x damage with any bullet and also increases melee damage too. Pistols will now have 4 shots and shotgun with have 1 however ultracharge only lasts for 3 seconds so make the bullets count.
