The explosive arrow works like this: It sticks to any surface such as a plunger, once it interects with a surface itll count down from 3 while beeping and flashing the light faster (the light is the point on the back), it then explodes killing the player. You can then pick it back up and put it in your holder, but it'll be on a 30 second cooldown. This would cost 3 RP in the Tech Tree and would be unlockable with all the other variants of arrows (after the crossbow).

you have to time it, plus you can’t reuse sticky dynamite and you wouldn’t be able to put it into a holder.

You don't have to time it if you directly hit someone with it

#

30 seconds is a long time to wait during pvp
