Make rayguns OG again and not hurt you

The lore reason that you take damage is that it's blasting you with a gigaton of radiation

Just like the mansion's heart does

Yeah most people just use the grappler now so not many people qould use the heart gun even if the deleted the dmg

If not then at least make it a cool down (2 sec would be enough)
