Make it to where you can kick people from codes

Like maybe a vote kick, or make it to where the first person who hosts a code can kick people from the code.
Also the Hoster of the code should be able to whitelist people, allowing them to also kick people.
This would be good because it would help stop people from griefing codes that people host.

but also what if its someone who doesnt like the other person cause they did smthn and they wanna leave the code with the other ppl to play without him/her but the others agree'
