You should already expect some wait time until your support ticket it addressed because for one there a small team unlike some AAA title game company's they most likely don't have a team dedicated to just support tickets also a lot of people summit tickets because they have been scammed or something a can't handle the lost of a virtual item(s).

I also see a comment by Animal company in a tiktok video saying "I recommend play us game because its super friendly and safe for ur children play.
