It should be that after you get the first hipslot you should be able to get this item. Because you would bassically need to get a whole extra 5 RP to get it. And after buying the 2nd hipslot you can buy a extra capacity to it making it 3 storage instead of 2

Alright but my self is telling me this Is something that needs to be after bluebag and there needs to be small pouches holds 2 items medium pouches holds 3 items and large pouches holds 5 items maybe there is a locked door that says "you must have atleast 1 hipslot to enter"
