Adds new mob the "strange bird"
ATTRIBUTES AND FEATURES:
-flys close to the top of forest and dark forest
-drops rocks onto players walking on the forest grounds
-you cannot escape it if you or hookshotted to the ceiling of forest, it will fly straight into you beak first dealing all of your HP
-adds two new items to the tech tree, heat vision goggles to spot it better, and an upgraded version which gives you night vision the heat vision goggles will cost 3 RP in the night vision goggles will cost 5 rp
