Everyone is arguing about if people with redwatch should lose their stuff when they leave, so this is kinda a solution.
The way the bounty system will work is that if a player kills another player they get 200 bounty if a player kills 10 other players, their bounty will be 2000 scrap and one research point. if someones bounty exceeds 10 kills, then they will automatically get redwatch when they join a server. This is so if you randomly kill someone or kill someone in self defense you still get redwatch but you dont lose your items when you leave. (you can comment if you have any opinions on how to change this)
