I made a better concept for this monster:
The moment you grab the item, it will take 2 seconds to rise out of the ground. It is way faster than the player. It has two attacks, one is just a basic punch that deals 75% damage. The second attack makes the monster grab you and shred you apart, one tapping you. The monster will chase you for eternity until you die, so here is the counter to it. This monster hates light, so if you shine a light at it, it will run in fear, btw this light has to be a big flashlight. The second counter is that you throw a flashbang at it. It will cause it to cover its eyes and curl into a ball. This will give you ten seconds to attack it.
