This is just a bad idea overall
While not being bad as a concept, without knowledge of the game, in practice this is going to backfire heavily
We already have now THREE different guns in the game, all being able to instantly kill anyone, with rockets being devastating to any location it's shot at. Having snipers are just going to add to the pile of annoying weapons to deal with

Not to mention, there's also people already planning out how they are going perfectly fly in with a rocket and a almost lit dynamite stick to accurately explode someone after going 26 KPH
