There should be a limit for how long u can be in the safe zone reason #1 people keep kill others with grenades with the cross bow #2 people can't leave the safe zone because right when u leave u die #3 when people get back from the sewers with A LOT of money they die from kids camping safe zone.
They are in the safe zone killing others when THEY can't die.
