I been having this issue for a while now and If I cant fix this I am going to quit programing. Randomly in the godot edit, I suddenly cant click on anything (except bizarrely I can rename nodes and files). I can still right click but I also cant save my progress. Can anyone please help me.

see if the issue persists in a blank project, if it doesnt it is probably a plugin or tool script in your project that has some sort of UI overlaying on top of the editor
