It's probably the preview environment settings giving you trouble

Either play with the settings, or just turn off the preview environment (the sphere next to the three dot menu that the arrow is pointing to)

i fixed with glow but now everything has became white when the model of player is human skin and platform is dark

Does anything change if you disable all of your lights? The fact that glow was so aggressive makes me wonder if you have far too much light energy in the scene or something.

What about the light on the player? I feel like I can see the texture, it's just blown out.

Are you sure the platform has a material on it? It looks pretty default white to me.

Have you tried switching to the Compatability renderer to see if the issue persists there? That might help narrow things down
