#Unsettling RigidBody2D chains

I've tweaked every property I could find on the RigidBody, the PinPoints and even project settings - but the chain always chaotically jiggles when its dropped on the floor, or even when it hangs on another unit.

(I have the chain wrapped in another Body for the purposes of code, it doesn't have a collision shape so i figure it shouldn't interfere)
