Both ways I know are not working.
Downloading from the editor results in:
"templates installation failed"
The problematic templates archives can be found at <path.tpz>
Downloading from the website results in an empty warning.
What is causing this, And how can I fix it?
Do I need to reinstall Godot?

It is impossible to tell without a more detailed error.
Try launching Godot with the --verbose parameter.

You can do it from a Terminal/CMD or from Godot's shortcut on Windows. Steam has an option in the game's properties to add parameters if you are using that version (not recomended)
You would have to google it as it varies per OS
