#leaning collision issues with collision layers

the way I would implement a system like this is I would add a raycast to each side of the player, and if the raycast touches a wall, the player could not lean on that side. I'm not sure how you could fix your issue with your current setup
I looked into something like that but for some reason it couldn't work I could do it a second time, the issue was getting the distance to work
Idk how to explain it but I didn't get the right distance
You can set the distance that the raycast sees in the editor, but if you try it and still have an issue I’ll be happy to help
I'll probably ask later on due to other responsibilities I have (uni and family).
