Can’t find the “Project” tab on my first project ever on Godot | Godot Engine | Page 1

From what I’ve seen, at the top left of my screen there should be a “Project” button, but I can’t seem to find it.
Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated as this is my first project on Godot ever

In case it matters, I’m using a Mac and Version 4.2.1.

If it's a Mac, it should be on the Mac's menu bar right?
