#huge animation lead time, doesn't actually get to the animation til too late

All the keys don't start at zero! Let me um...
if I try to put them at 0, will they all fire at once?
they are all their own NLA's though!

if I scoot them all to the left, they won't like..all layer together?
I have scooted them all to 0, the problem persists in Godot
however this is MUCH more easier to see, thank you x3
They might in Blender if all of them are enabled. But in Godot each NLA is its own animation under the AnimationPlayer node.
Make sure to re-export and import the model file. If you are using a tscn file made from saving-as the model file, it won't include the changes to the model.
