I remember seeing something somewhere talking about the builds for the master branch that are generated by the GitHub actions checks. Do these exist and if so, how do I access them?

I don't actually know how you get the master branch ones (without a specific PR), but every PR has build artifacts if you go to the Checks tab of the PR
