Is anyone able to help explain why i get these weird horizontal lines in certain areas of my scene? Not sure if its movement or position based

It isn't related to the now deprecated tilemap node, as this was an issue in 4.2 i had and i havent changed my code yet to adjust to the deprecated node

I am very very new in godot. But I have about 13 years of experience with Adobe after effects. The same shit happens in after effects sometimes however when i render the finished product out to a file its usually fixed and gone.

Maybe its just a godot program glitch but isnt actually applied to the finished product. Idk if there is some way you can test that theory?
