check drivers , and fsr can give issues also nice to know when crashing happens: when you start or when you see main menu or when starting a sandbox as an example

just finish download and it crash

cant even join the game

you can also check with steam to verify the files.

aah then it maybe a bigger problem delete en clear driver from your windows and install again somtimes driver can be corrupt

but if the problem is bigger then one game then its a problem with your pc
