My problem is with PC2, but I had to submit for PC1, because their Support website is so unbelievably broken, that when you follow the link for submitting a bug for PC2, you get a webpage saying "oops You're not authorized to access this page"
Their website is such garbage, full of incorrect instructions, broken links, etc
Is there a way I can view my own bug ticket?

I actually wanted to submit a Support ticket (as the website tells you to do for my issue)...but there's no option anywhere on your site to submit a Support ticket. The site gives you non-working "instructions" to submit a Support ticket. So I had to submit a bug ticket
My issue is with getting child account linking working properly.
did you save the ticket number when you got it? I can ping it across and make sure that the support team take a look at it.

How does one submit a bug for PC2 when your web page for that is completely non-functional?

I tried to send you the exact URLs that I used...but your Discord disallows links to your own website (!!!). I got an auto-DM saying "sending links from that website isn't allowed in Frontier Unlocked!"
The DM gave an angry face at me no less 😛
we recently updated the support links but it looks like a couple may have slipped through the cracks, I can see the link in the automod but if it helps for the future, https://app.formcrafts.com/planetcoaster2review is the direct link 🙂
Im honestly not surprised by that at all😂 some of their sites seem like they stuck in 2016 or something
Something else that slipped through the cracks...somewhere on your site it explains that Support tickets are for problems like mine, but Bug tickets are for bugs. And elsewhere it uses the term "help ticket" (like on your main Support page)
Yet there's no way to submit a Support ticket nor a "help ticket". Only a bug ticket (even though I think I may be having no bug, and there's no option in there to ask for help with non-bugs but rather account/login issues)
Even worse, to submit a "help ticket", your main Support page says "If you are having issues with our store or any of our games, please find a relevant article by selecting from the relevant games below or else use the search function and submit a help ticket."
Well I did a search, found a relevant article...and still 0 way from there to submit either a bug, Support, or "help ticket"
You likely have MANY frustrated users that need support. Like me. Who can't find any way to submit any kind of ticket at all.
I did find the broken bug reporting pretty quickly (well, works for PC1 only), but held off using it for a day because I knew I didn't have a bug, and was trying to figure-out how to submit a non-bug ticket
Really, the whole support site is such junk
just the fact alone that i cant browse to page 3 of bug reports, click into a report and contribute, then click page back and i end up at page 1 again... so user unfriendly and makes me just not want to deal with that tool/website at all tbh

Completely normal. It will took them severel of weeks at best (atleast for my experience)
That's wild. I've never had any game company take more than 3-4 days to respond to a problem. As it turns out, they replied today, after 6 days
