The way support works really isn’t that good or reliable at all they ask way too many specific details assuming the person would’ve remembered all of it this is a major issue that has led to many people losing account access such as my cousin their phone broke and when they got a new one i tried helping them but support asks way too many details in which i don’t remember including the id meaning that account with hard work put into it is seemingly lost forever

To add on to this i think at most the only thing that should be important is the name of the sonic rumble account and the email of the person that’s trying to recover it
