Don’t get discouraged if you fail on the first try. I also had trouble recruiting when I first started my clan but I can give you some useful advice. The first thing I can tell you is: DON’T GIVE UP, TRY AGAIN UNTIL YOU ACHIEVE WHAT YOU WANT.

Because at first I did join kick kick for ages just to filter it out to make sure it's a active crew cause members can not contribute much or go inactive then got 2 members of just simply asking but most people have crews and it is a struggle but getting there 🤔

In that case, what you need to do is post more often, in places where there are more active people talking. And don’t just say that you’re looking for members you should also mention your ranking position. That sounds like added value and increases the relevance of your recruitment pitch. In my case, my club isn’t ranked, but I’m in the top 16 in America, so I present that as an added value or differentiator.

That’s exactly how it is. I’m also looking for a way to bring active gamers together, but the issue is the same: there are many clubs with only 2–3 active people and the rest are just fillers. My goal is to attract those active players the ones who keep those clubs alive even though they aren’t valued to my club, so we can all be active together. But definitely, the fact that not everyone is on Discord doesn’t help and makes it harder to reach a wider audience with the message. Still, keep going, don’t get discouraged, and don’t pay attention to the mockery.

Yeah life can get discouraging or certain things but you keep going with your club it will reach places you put in the time and work I'm sure it will go well
