Depth of Field Blurs backgrounds setting has no effect

As of Update 1.4, this setting no longer unblurs the main menu stage background when this is set to "OFF". I already tried flipping between both settings and the result is always a blurred background even after restarting the game.

(This is on mobile of course but not sure how about the PC version and if this bug happens there )
There are two different background blur settings, do scroll down to see the other one. The Depth of Field setting blurs the background in actual stages, whereas the other one blurs the home screen stage background. I just tried to switch it off and back on and it works as intended
