I did everything, contacting the support and adding it to the report a bug thread, fortunately I'm not alone so I think now Rumble team is investigating the issue.
Thought there's one thing that is true, but SEGA doesn't gather information from people under the set age, so they won't allow you to subscribe the newsletter. That's why I was thinking of completely removing the game from my library with achievements, install the game again on Steam, connecting it with my phone again and then I could add the different age so I could perhaps get Gold Shadow
