To be fair I do think I have trauma but I'm not mostly have PTSD the only triggers me is ||i listening to dear father from sonic frontier and without you because I lost my father from CV delta, I also lost two of my friends either live or su**de and my uncle who before he passed away he eating some meats ball with me and my mother but later due to hard working he got heart stroke, i didn't hug my father one last time but he visit in my dreams and hug me just for a bit, the other one are my legs my knees can go side way is painful to imagine being flexible I won't dare to watch ballet, I whould be aware with my legs get bump or thinking back experience, my social are bad because some were bullied me in the past and I use to become the bullies in junior school that was pretty bad rough childhood|| but I'll get through it I do mix some emotion but yeah I don't think I have PTSD I could say I have depression big difference and I get through the song so I won't sad but gladly 😊
