Found out how to change your BG in Sonic Rumble!
Head on over to "Stage Challenge" and pick your favorite stage.
Click on it and select the check box beside the green house in the bottom left hand corner and you will receive the message "your background settings for the home screen has been changed". And boom! All changed! ^^
