I'm actually serious. Sonic.exe isn't even an official character, so they legally can't add him without contacting the creator

And even if they did add him, they would be forced to update the rating which would block younger people from finding the game

Not even the fact its not official. It's a family friendly game. Doubt they'd ever consider putting a character with blood coming out of his eyes in the game.
