My family owned multiple hotels scattered across nationwide. My father owned one in the heart of the capital city, and thus i've played my part in taking control of the 5 story 55 bed room hotel. Here's some thoughts from me.
Just do your thing. Let a game be a game. There are multiple ways to make it even more realistic. But it's your project so you decide your own goal and how to get there. I don't know about others, but I already love how things went. It will surely going to be great up until the final touch.
