My shelves for boxes are usually full, half full, now its always empty and the truck to reload takes forever. I decided to watch it and the maintenance worker will fulfill all the requests to supply stuff and then steal all the rest. So the hotel will have no supplies until next truck arrives. Yes I do. But since the saves are in code, I'm not sure if its the correct one. I got the last one based on the date and time.
If it helps, I fired the maintenance guy (there was only one), removed the zone, let the builders remove everything. Re-applied the zone, bought all the stuff, hired someone else and it works. He already re-supplied the hotel and now is idle instead of taking all the boxes. Before I shoot the video it happened 2x after I identified the problem. So I guess with the save you will be able to reproduce.

Thank you for the save file @plain jasper! We have managed to reproduce your issue and are now working on a solution. It's a bit more complicated than your previous reported bug, but I promise we'll push a fix eventually.

I can say that the issue is related to your mini bar refills. So a temporarily workaround would be to remove those for now.
