My critic visit the Spa. It is zoned correctly. But he will not give it rating.

Do you get this rating consistently with this setup? If so, would you mind sharing the save file with us? Then we can take a look and investigate what's causing this issue.
You should be able to find your saves in this folder:
C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\HotelArchitect\Saved\SaveGames
Please make sure to send the correct .sav file (you can match time stamps in the folder with your saves displayed in the list in-game).

yeah same problem with the new york map. critic ignores the spa or something. seen it even walk in to the spa (enough open space to do anything) and leaves and than give me a 4 star in stead of a 5 star.

Do you have a screenshot of your spa?
The problem above is about 0 star rating at all which was a bug, sounds like yours is something else.
