Timeout with MCU 'Turtle_1'
Transition to shutdown state: Lost communication with MCU 'Turtle_1'

occurs when trying to print Cereal.mf

Seems to always happen to lane4.
When it occurs the lane is lefyt making a ticking noise until I reset power on BT.

PI3B
AFC board powered via independent 24v power supply
BT connected to powered USB Hub which connects to PI (other device Sound bar no data USB for power, Web cam and BTT connection)
LED effects disabled
Crowsnest turned off

Klippy log and gcode attached.

It does sound like it might be a power issue. Just some ideas… What is the 24v supply rated for? Do you have another to try, or can you give 24v via printer a try? Check the cabling and connections related to power?

24v 60 Watt power supply of Chinese quality. Using quality USB cable. Will Try just via CAN

If you have another hub to try this could be another factor too.

But yeah first I would rule out that 24v

swapped to 24v via can only 1 print but I couldn't get this far before.

So, at this point you should probably be suspicious of the 24V brick. It should be fine to power this way, but maybe you need a little more headroom or just a higher quality supply

Totally fine with Can. now that I used one the bambu exetesion cables adn now self crimped

The other thing that would have changed here is the cabling / connectors, which could also be a factor

If you’re happy with it this way, then you’re good to go?
